This is a quick 30 minute sequence that incorporates a really fun bind/balance called Svarga Dvijasana or Bird of Paradise. For this class we will spend some time opening the hips and warming up the body to prepare for this shape. Remember that the journey to the pose is where the transformation happens so give yourself grace as you explore new things! No props are required for this practice but a strap is recommended!
