The beautiful thing about a challenge vinyasa class is that it leaves space for interpretation. You have the freedom to make this movement whatever you'd like! We begin with an extended Sun Salutation with lunges and twists, then move into crescent twists, WII, balancing poses and side plank. We come down to the mat to play with plank pose to finish the practice. No props are needed for this class. (Previously recorded on May 11th, 2021).
