In this class you will move around the entire mat to symbolize the phases of the moon. You'll move through shapes like Crescent Moon, Goddess, 1/2 Moon and triangle. Feel the earth supporting you today as you move through this sequence and be sure to set a very mindful intention for your practice! Two blocks are suggested for this class.
