This 45 minute class is all about bringing the fire and energy into the body. You'll begin with a fiery warm-up and then move into your Sun Salutation which consists of lunges, twists and downward facing dog. Next you'll move through a warrior series to channel your inner warrior. After a few more funky transitions and balancing shapes you'll finish with boat pose, a bridge series and a nice long savasana. One block is recommended for this practice.
