In this 20 minute sequence you will focus on rooting down and connecting with the earth. A firm foundation is key! You'll move through shapes like Malasana, Lizard Lunge and Crow pose. Find some play time with Wild Thing and WIII before you make your way back down to the earth for Savasana. This is the perfect practice if you don't have much time but are looking to center yourself. No props are required for this class but use any that you'd like!
