In this 45 minute sequence you'll move through shapes that I consider to be key for starting your day off on the right foot. Gentle is the golden word in this class. Begin with stretching the hamstrings, move through an easy yet intentional Sun Salutation A, then experience hip openers in Sun B. Remember to be intentional with your breath as you move. You will need a block and a strap for this class.
