This 45 minute class offers space for you to expand and get curious about what you are missing. What do you desire? What can you invite in that will bring out the best version of you? You'll begin with a brief meditation followed by a breath-to-movement circuit to build heat in the body. From there you'll move right into your Sun A which consists of shapes like twisted low lunge, crescent lunge and mountain pose. Move on to shapes like extended side angle, side plank and WIII. This practice is sure to give you the energy you need for you day. One block is recommended for this practice but use whatever props feel supportive for you.
