“Cultivate Peace”
Peace is something we all long for and it starts within. In this class you’ll explore a range of shapes from simple to more complex and challenging. Within every pose you have the opportunity to find gentleness and ease. We begin with a version of the traditional Sun Salutation A and add in Malasana squats and high plank holds. Move into Sun B with Utkatasana Chair Pose and find some joy in playing with Side Crow. Move into twists, folds and a few balance postures to keep your practice well-rounded. Remember to be gentle and let your heart be soft. No props are needed for this class.
