Everything you do on the mat is practice. Notice how you show up for yourself for this class. What does it look like to be your most authentic self? Is your body asking for less when you do more? Just notice and listen. This is a Dynamic style vinyasa class. You'll move through shapes like Utkatasana (Chair), Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) and Utthita Eka Padasana (Standing Leg Raise). Finish bridge pose to round out your practice. No props are required but feel free to use any you'd like. Previously recorded on March 12th, 2022.
