This is a 45 minute dynamic vinyasa class and the perfect way to jump start your day. You'll begin with a brief meditation, then move on to neck and shoulder stretches. Find freedom with a fun Sun Salutation A and move through hip opener shapes like Ashta Chandrasana (crescent lunge), Utthita Parsvakonasana (extended side angle), Ardha Chandrasana (half moon), Utkatasana (Chair) and Parsvottanasana (pyramid). End your practice with a quick plank series to fuel the fire before the restorative portion of the class. Props recommended: two blocks. This class was previously recorded on April 5th, 2022.
