This 20 minute class is focused on connecting deeply with your core muscles. A lot of our asana practice can benefit from these mindful movements that help us strengthen and build muscle in our core. The goal isn't 6-pack abs, the goal is to move intentionally and mindfully and cultivate deep connection! Have fun while you move. This class is great to take once a week if core stability is strength is what you're working towards. No props are needed for this class.
