This 30 minute class is all about mobility! CeCe guides you through movements and techniques that help you gain mobility and sustain it. This class is perfect to do a couple times a week to help you feel good while you move your body. Building strength, flexibility and mobility is essential and important for you body, no matter your age! Two block are recommended for this class. This class will be available Thursday April 21st.
