This 60 minute flow is designed to give you a full body reset. Take time to connect with yourself and your breath before you start moving. Sun A will involve lots of love for your hips. Then you'll move into Chair Pose, 1/2 Moon, Figure 4 and Eagle. Finish your practice with Dolphin and planks before you wind down. Two blocks are recommended for this practice.
