This invigorating 45 minute class is really going to bring the heat and energy that we need during these winter months. Prepare to really step into your power for this class! You'll play with shapes like Vashistasana (side plank), Utkatasana (chair) and Dekasana (airplane) to name a few. Round out the practice with a hip-opening sequence and a lovely cool-down. Use whatever props you'd like for this practice.
