In this class, you'll learn the foundations of Eka Pada Koundinyasana aka, Flying Splits and the different ways to get into this shape. If you're new to arm balancing, don't worry! You can still take this class and begin to explore the art of flying. This sequence gives you all the things you need to prep for this arm balance: hip openers, upper body warm-ups and breath work. Two blocks are recommended, but bring whatever else you need for your practice.
