In this 45 minute dynamic sequence we move through extended Sun Salutations to generate energy and heat in the body. Take your time in each shape and then enjoy breath-to-movement at your pace. End with a fun Boat Pose variation and let yourself play. Breath is super important throughout this sequence so get grounded in your body before adding shapes. Props recommended are one block and a strap. Previously recorded on March 23, 2021.
