Dynamic Vinyasa
This is an invigorating vinyasa class with strong emphasis on breath to movement. This class will have a little bit of everything from heart opening backbends to stretchy cool downs and will always have an arc or peak experience. While this class is dynamic, we always recommend you make it your own and take what you need from the experience.
