In this 45 minutes you'll get grounded so you can be present with yourself and what is. Begin with stillness then move into a non-traditional Sun Salutation A with low lunges and crescent lunge. Move through Chair Pose to really fire up the body and breath and play with standing split for an added challenge. End your practice with deep hip openers and a mindful Savasana.
