“Learn To Be Present” - 30 min
In this class you’ll move through dynamic shapes and bring awareness to the body. Begin with child’s pose and anchor into the breath. Move through shapes like Warrior III and standing splits to create a little bit of a challenge within your practice. End with twists, forward folds and happy baby as you ease yourself into a meditative state in Savasana. Two blocks are needed for this class.
