In a vinyasa class we frequently move through Sun Salutations to warm up the body. In this quick 25 minute sequence we focus on more traditional versions of Sun A and Sun B. Because this movement is rather repetitive, you'll be able to find your own rhythm by following the rise and fall of your breath. No props are needed for this class.
