In this 45 minute practice we celebrate the feminine aspects of the full moon, and the fiery characteristic of the sun. We move through Sun Salutations and finish our practice with Chandra Namaskar, a Moon salutation. You'll want to have a glass of water nearby for this practice! No props are required.
