Happy Spring! As we watch the trees bloom and nature wake from its slumber we are reminded how alike we are with the world around us. In this sequence acknowledge your growth, your energy, and really feel into the body. You've done the work for yourself and planted your roots..now it's time to bloom. Breathe deeply and enjoy this lively movement. Two blocks, a strap, and a pillow (option) are encouraged for this practice. (Previously recorded on March, 16th 2021).
